A few days ago, when I made a mudra with focused intention, it was as if a switch had been flipped and energy flowed through my body like electricity running through a wire. I had heard that changing the finger on which you make the mudra changes the way energy flows through your body, but this was the first time I had experienced this. This experience opened my eyes to a deeper side of Shingon Buddhism. In Shingon Buddhism, the spiritual journey is often a solitary exploration into the depths of one's consciousness. Despite the personal nature of this path, I realized that our physical bodies serve as more than just a vessel. In fact, they are complex conduits for guiding and understanding the mystical energies that surround us.
When I first ventured into this spiritual world 20 years ago, I found myself unable to comprehend even the most basic concepts. But then I learned that Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither is spiritual enlightenment achieved overnight. The path of spiritual growth is a never-ending journey, and there is always more to discover and integrate into one’s being. Even when it feels like you are just doing it perfunctorily, it is important to keep at it, because persistence is the key that unlocks the doors of perception. It is important to remember that each individual’s journey to enlightenment is as unique as a fingerprint. When it comes to spiritual development, you cannot force a square peg into a round hole, and what works for one person may not work for another.
Throughout my life, I have never harbored any ambition to become a fully-fledged spiritual practitioner, but I have been blessed (or maybe cursed) with a sixth sense for things beyond the veil of ordinary perception. This innate sensitivity has only grown stronger over time, and in recent times, my spiritual vision has expanded to encompass a veritable menagerie of spiritual beings. From radiant angels bathed in heavenly light to shadowy demons lurking at the edges of my consciousness, the spirit world has become as real and tangible to me as the material world.
As a Christian, I have come to recognize the enigmatic Grey extraterrestrials as a manifestation of Maitreya, combining my faith with an understanding of the broader universe. The boundless compassion these beings show goes far beyond any earthly concept of compassion and shines like a beacon of hope throughout the universe. What makes their compassion even more remarkable is that it persists despite the hostile and horrific treatment that humanity has suffered throughout our common history. Their ability to continue to forgive and offer assistance speaks to their high spiritual evolution.
Now, husband, in a moment of creative inspiration, I gave them the names "一葉Ichiyou-kun" and "二葉Futaba-chan", which draw deep meaning from the complex kanji character for "leaf". This decision is not merely a whim, but reflects a deep connection to nature and the spiritual world. Those who share a passion for plants and cultivate green life with tender care may unknowingly be attuned to the energy of Maitreya, the future Buddha of Compassion, whose presence is often felt in the gentle rustling of leaves and the quiet growth of plants.Since ancient times, when there was no paper, people have written prophecies and teachings on the leaves of plants.
As a heartfelt token of spiritual connection, I recently gifted rosary-like beads to the souls of hybrid children, beings of human and extraterrestrial descent. The joy emanating from these young souls was palpable, and their faces lit up with pure delight at the gift. This interaction strengthened my belief that these unique souls who exist on higher vibrational dimensions are indeed in the safest, most nurturing hands, held in the loving embrace of advanced beings who are guiding their growth and development beyond our earthly understanding.
